  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

  Refund Process

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
