How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own to compare it with our measurements for the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, POWERLOOK ships within India only. We are working hard to bring our street-style collections to global customers very soon.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We maintain strict quality checks, but if you receive a defective item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with images of the damage.
